Frank Tanner

Frank Tanner is the solo principal of Operator HQ. He spent fifteen years running businesses, not studying them: the first Orangetheory coach in the brand to become a franchisee, then a four-location, two-state food franchise he built and exited. He knows what it costs to be the owner who answers every call, chases every follow-up, and closes the books at midnight, because he was that owner.

That is the problem Operator HQ exists to fix. Most owners are trapped working in their business, buried in the repetitive work that keeps the doors open but never moves the number. Frank builds AI systems that take that work off their plate: more than 25 production systems shipped for over 50 clients, from voice agents that answer and qualify every call to collections engines, screening systems, and retention platforms that run around the clock. One multi-state operator backed the work with $157K in its first year, then expanded. He has built or helped build more than 100 systems across his operating and AI career.

Every system is one Frank designs, builds, and operates himself. No handoffs, no junior team, no deck that dies in a drawer. The work is done when the owner is out of the weeds and back to the only job that grows a company: working on it.
